Eugene has a wealth of experience not only from an audio engineering point, but also as a qualified Electronic Music Producer with a number of albums and singles available on iTunes, Spotify, Beatport, Soundcloud and all other leading digital platforms. Eugene is also an experienced Cubase, Reason and Logic Pro X user and contributes his knowledge to a number of user forums.

The Manchester Punk scene was a big part of my life. Originally I studied art at Manchester Polytechnic and worked part time at a garage with Vini Reilly of the Durutti Column who was one of the first artists signed to Factory Records.
I later went on to work with Ian Curtis of Joy Division and introduced him to Vini. A normal weekend for me was stood shoulder to shoulder at various Manchester venues with the likes of Tony Wilson, John Cooper Clarke, The Buzzcocks and The Fall. If you’d like to read a bit more about the scene, I can recommend the book “Torn Apart” by Mick Middles in which I get a mention.
